Panini Customer Service Review, Part 3

In this ongoing series of getting a damaged card replaced by Panini (part 1 and part 2) we finally have a resolution! Today I received a package from Panini with a duplicate of the card I sent in, this time in perfect condition.

This one is numbered 10/10, the same as my last one. So it appears they produced extras for these situations that they can just change the serial numbering on which is pretty cool in my opinion. This one even looks better then the last as there is some writing on the ball piece!
Overall I was very pleased and pleasently surprised at how well Panini’s customer service handled this replacement from their online process to the final result. They even mailed it to me in a magnetic with signature confirmation. While I haven’t had a positive view on some of their releases this year, they get a A+ on customer care which goes a long way on how I judge my purchases.
